SUSTAINABLE FARMING TECHNIQUES
In addition to purchasing food from local suppliers and distributing it to the children and those in need in the local community, the foundation has developed sustainable farming on its complex.
Children and members of the community learn valuable skills on how to build and maintain sustainable vegetable and fruit gardens. These provide not only food for the children but also the knowledge and resources to build similar sources of food in the community.
As the saying goes, we not just handout the fish, but we teach them how to fish!
